Oconomowoc veterans commemorate 9/11. The day begins with a rendition of “Taps” played on the Village Green in downtown Oconomowoc at each moment of impact, 7:46 a.m., 8:03 a.m., 8:37 a.m., 9:03 a.m. Then at 7 p.m. the Legion Band will play a concert in the Bandshell, honoring those who lost their lives in the tragedy of 9/11. The concert is free, with seating in the bandshell, or you can bring a blanket and lawn chair.
