11th Annual Beaver Dam Pepper Festival

This little Hungarian pepper has had quite the captivating life. From a compact village in what was then Yugoslavia called Apatin, several families emigrated to the United States and eventually called Beaver Dam Wisconsin home.

During the festival, you can enjoy apple and pepper pancakes, Beaver Dam Pepper sausages and beer, as well as apple and pepper cake and other delicious Beaver Dam Pepper delicacies. Beaver Dam Pepper Beer from Potosi Brewing.

Vendors representing local businesses and local artisans, couple dancing, children’s activities and live music by The Characters Band.

Don’t forget about the Chili Cookoff contest, where the top prize is $100, and the longest Beaver Dam Pepper contest, where the top prize is $50.
