Join local artist Leonard Chaltry as he celebrates his love of music with an exhibition celebrating all forms of classical stringed instruments and dance.
Leonard Chaltry is a self-taught artist living in Beaver Dam, known for his diverse range of artwork including wildlife, portraits, still life, landscapes and pet portraits. He draws inspiration from Northern Renaissance painters, particularly Vermeer and Rembrandt. Leonard’s work reflects a deep appreciation for representational art.
Since 2009, despite having no formal artistic education, Leonardo’s curiosity and passion for creativity led him to delve into “Guides” books, thanks to which he honed his skills and developed a unique style.
Leonardo’s talent has been recognized through exhibitions such as The Rural Rembrandt Art Show in Wautoma and the Dodge County Center for the Arts, as well as through his online presence at Fine Art America.
The current exhibition reflects his love of music, especially stringed instruments, due to his participation in various musical bands in which he played bass, six-string guitar and banjo.
This presentation promotes all forms of music, with particular emphasis on classical stringed instruments for dance.
