Daiwa introduces up-to-date Ardito muskie travel rods at the Indiana Muskie Classic

With support again this weekend 25th Annual Indiana Muskie Classic organized by Muskie, Inc. in Indiana, the local Daiwa crew will also showcase the soon-to-be-available Ardito Muskie travel rods during evening activities during the tournament.

Daiwa will showcase the up-to-date rods, as well as other muskie rods, reels, baits and braid, during a registration event held at renowned muskie shop Ye Olde Tackle Box in North Webster, Indiana on Thursday, May 18, and then again on Saturday, May 20 , when all participating anglers will be invited to a dinner, donation auction and other activities at Oakwood Resort in Syracuse, Indiana.

The Ardito muskie travel rods will be offered in both high-power and extra-high-power versions in 8’5-inch lengths, with Daiwa’s exclusive “V-Joint” ferrule design that allows the five-piece rods to fish and fish like a one-piece model. HVF Nanoplus carbon blanks provide the durability needed for casting immense muskie baits, while the X-45 blank construction process eliminates blank twist for improved casting accuracy. Both rods are equipped with Fuji K guides and a carbide top guide.

Stagowski notes that the up-to-date Ardito travel rods will have a retail price of $249.99 and will begin to be available at select tackle stores in early June, which is perfect timing for anglers planning summer muskie trips that they’ve always wanted to catch. over 50 inches in diameter.
