Here’s a detailed breakdown of the Packers’ final injury report heading into Week 5:

Output (1)

DL Devonte Wyatt (ankle): The Packers’ top quarterback is out after suffering an ankle injury in the second half of Sunday’s loss to the Vikings. He hasn’t trained all week, so it’s possible this is a multi-week injury. Expect more opportunities for Karl Brooks as an inside forward, with Colby Wooden likely to be vigorous for the first time in three weeks.

Doubtful (2)

WR Christian Watson (ankle): How expected, Watson will likely miss at least a week. The good news is that the Packers haven’t ruled him out completely, even after missing all three practices this week, so he has a real chance of returning next week.

WR Romeo Doubs (personal): Doubs did not train on Thursday or Friday due to personal matters and is currently unlikely to play on Sunday. If the Packers are without Watson and Doubs, the passing game will be safer to take on massive loads for both Dontayvion Wicks and Bo Melton.

Doubtful (7)

CB Jaire Alexander (groin): He trained on a constrained basis on both Thursday and Friday, so Alexander should have a chance to return after missing one game on Sunday. On Friday, LaFleur said his condition was “improving.”

OL Elgton Jenkins (knee): Jenkins has been able to participate in constrained practice over the past two days, so a Sunday game is likely.

TE Luke Musgrave (ankle): He didn’t train all week, but that’s doubtful. Musgrave lags far behind Tucker Kraft in playing time, and his absence would mean more opportunities for Ben Sims. Expect the Packers to play a much smaller 12-man lineup if Musgrave is unable to play.

OL Jordan Morgan (shoulder): He practiced all three days this week, which indicates a return. The bigger question is whether he will return to the rotation with Sean Rhyan at right guard. It’s possible that Rhyan has played too well the last two weeks to go back to splitting snaps.

CB Carrington Valentine (ankle): He should return after missing further matches. With Alexander’s status unknown, Valentine’s return could come at a good time. He would be the likely starter if Alexander is unable to leave, or would return to sharing snaps with Eric Stokes if Alexander is available.

LB Edgerrin Cooper (hip): He re-injured his hip, aggravating an injury he suffered during training camp. Despite missing Thursday’s practice, Cooper was available on Wednesday and Friday.

DL Jonathan Ford (calf): While Ford is not yet named to the 53-man roster, he will be ready to return soon. The Packers have three weeks to activate it.

No status indication

The following players do not have a status designation and will be available to play Sunday against the Rams: DL Kenny Clark, QB Jordan Love.

Rams injury report

The Rams ruled out receiver Cooper Kupp (ankle) and defensive lineman Larrell Murchinson (forearm/foot). Offensive lineman Steve Availa, offensive lineman Jonah Jackson, backup John Johnson III and receiver Puka Nacua are on injured reserve.
