Coco at the concert

Watch Disney Pixar’s Coco in Concert, featuring a screening of the entire film with music by Oscar® and Grammy®-winning composer Michael Giacchino performed by the MSO. In addition to Giacchino’s original score, “Coco” also features the Oscar-winning song “Remember Me” by Academy Award-winning songwriters Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, as well as additional songs co-written by Germaine Franco and company-director-writer Adrian Molina.

About the film: Despite his family’s troublesome, generations-long ban on music, Miguel (voice of Anthony Gonzalez) dreams of becoming a talented musician like his idol, Ernesto de la Cruz (voice of Benjamin Bratt). Desperate to prove his talent, Miguel finds himself in the stunning and colorful Land of the Dead, following a mysterious chain of events. Along the way, she meets the charming conman Héctor (voiced by Gael García Bernal), and together they embark on an extraordinary journey to discover the true history of Miguel’s family. Disney and Pixar’s Coco was directed by Lee Unkrich (Toy Story 3), co-directed by Adrian Molina (story artist Monsters University), and produced by Darla K. Anderson (Toy Story 3).
