Siren, Wis. – Burnett County District Attorney James Rennicke recently confirmed that trespassing charges will not be filed against a group of men who allegedly trespassed on private property last deer season.
“After all this time, I’m not surprised,” said Ed Batton, owner of the property involved. “Frustrated, but not surprised.”
