The (4-8) Milwaukee Bucks will play today at 2:00 p.m. against the (5-7) Charlotte Hornets. The Bucks have a chance to win three in a row as they are on a two-game winning streak.
The Bucks will enter this after winning the A’s 127-120 Wednesday’s overtime win against the Detroit Pistons. Giannis Antetokounmpo was unstoppable in the victory, scoring an astonishing 59 points. Center Brook Lopez scored 29 points and eight rebounds.
Hornets vs. Magic recap
The Hornets will come into this game fresh off a disappointing game 114-89 lost to the Orlando Magic on Tuesday. Lamelo Ball was the starting point guard with 35 points, six rebounds and seven assists. The power forward was Grant Williams with 15 points, starting petite forward Brandon Miller only had eight points in shooting on March 18.
The Charlotte Hornets have not been playing consistently, losing a total of five of their last seven games. The Hornets come into this matchup with Milwaukee looking for a breakthrough in the current crisis.
What to expect from the Milwaukee Bucks
The Bucks should control the interior with Brook Lopez stepping into the paint. Giannis is expected to excel in scoring once again as the Hornets don’t have any tools to stop him in transition.
Bucks point guard Damian Lillard will miss a third straight game, and power forward Bobby Portis is questionable. Hornets petite forward Miles Bridges will be sidelined with a bone bruise.
