Christmas Walk of Lights

Everyone’s favorite time during the holiday season, Christmas lights! Head to Bashaw Lake Resort for the annual Christmas Light Show. From start to finish, it’s less than a half-mile walk through the resort and along a trail in the woods. The walk at a leisurely pace will take about 15 minutes. There is a delicate tunnel with 1,600 moving LED lights, a musical delicate show with hundreds of incandescent and LED lights, as well as LED spotlights synchronized with music, animated shows, laser lights and much more. Towards the end, there will be additional compact indoor exhibitions in the fresh agricultural museum/multi-purpose hall.

With the exception of a compact indoor section at the end, it is an outdoor recreational activity that includes a walk after dim along a gravel driveway and wooded trail. There are scratchy and uneven areas, especially in the forests. Weather conditions and snow accumulation will cause areas to be slippery and slippery. Visitors may bring their own compact flashlight and should dress appropriately.

There is no fee to walk through the exhibit, but you are asked to make a donation to the Salvation Army.
