The king of the kip-up gave Green Bay Packers’ Tucker Kraft a perfect grade for making the move during Thursday’s loss to the Detroit Lions.
In the third quarter, Kraft caught a pass from Jordan Love and rushed for 21 yards. He jumped to avoid the attempted tackle and was knocked to the ground, but Kraft responded by jumping – the movement when someone goes from a lying position (on the ground) to a standing position.
WWE’s Shawn Michaels has mastered this move during his wrestling career, so his opinion matters – and he loved Kraft’s performance at Ford Field. Heartbreak Kid rating? 10/10.

At his peak, Michaels weighed 225 pounds. Kraft is 6-5 and nearly 260 pounds, highlighting the former South Dakota State star’s elite athleticism.
The catch and run ultimately set up Josh Jacobs’ go-ahead touchdown, but the Packers blew the lead behind schedule and missed a field goal as time expired.
The Lions’ combination, including linebacker Terrion Arnold, took Kraft to the ground, but he didn’t stay down for long.
– Look how he gets up too! said excited play-by-play announcer Al Michaels after the show.
Kraft finished the game with three catches for 41 yards and a touchdown in a 34-31 loss. He leads the Packers with seven touchdown catches through 14 weeks.
