At this point in the offseason, it wouldn’t be crazy to think that Malik Beasley has already played his last game for the Milwaukee Bucks. The 27-year-old has completed his current contract and will become an unrestricted free agent this summer.
The huge question now is whether the Bucks will be willing to offer Beasley a up-to-date contract. If that’s not the case, it appears the 6-foot-10 shooting guard will attract interest elsewhere, including from the Golden State Warriors.

According to NBA insider Kelly Iko of The Athletic, the Warriors are considering offering Beasley a contract via free agency (h/t Legion Hoops on X, formerly Twitter):

The Warriors’ interest is not a surprise. After all, Beasley proved last season that he is one of the most lethal sharpshooters in the NBA. The Dubs know a thing or two about three-point shooters, and it makes sense that they would add even more firepower to their team after a disappointing 2023-24 campaign.
For their part, the Bucks now have competition for Beasley. They may have to pay more than they were willing to now that a team like the Warriors has reportedly shown interest in the veteran swingman. That’s assuming, of course, that Milwaukee even wants Beasley back for another season.
