‘3-9 Will Hit Like a Freight Train’: Wisconsin Badgers Fans Confirm Brutal College Football’s 2025 Schedule

The Wisconsin Badgers finished the 2024 college football season with a 5-7 record. They missed a bowl game this season and have a lot of things to do in the offseason. One of the things they need to do is find a quarterback.

The quarterback was one of the biggest failures of the Wisconsin Badgers last season. Head coach Luke Fickell will be under pressure to perform in his third season as head coach.

On Wednesday, the entire BIG10 Conference received its 2025 year college football schedule. The Wisconsin Badgers will open the season against Miami (Ohio) on August 30. The first two games won’t be a problem for Wisconsin. From September 13 to October 25, they will face one of the most brutal periods in college football.

They will be on the road against the Alabama Crimson Tide on September 13, on the road against the Michigan Wolverines on October 4, hosting the Ohio State Buckeyes on October 18 and then hitting the road to face the Oregon Ducks.

Additionally, on November 15, they will face the Indiana Hoosiers away. This could be one of the toughest schedules the Wisconsin Badgers will ever face. Wisconsin will be the underdog in many of these matchups next season.

If the Wisconsin Badgers do not go at least 6-6 next season, there is a very good chance that Luke Fickell will be fired as head coach. Another issue facing the Badgers football program is NIL money. Ultimately, they will need to devote more resources to competing in the BIG10 conference.
