When Wisconsin high school student Ethan Constantine approached Sawyer County DNR fish biologist Max Wolter about ideas for an Eagle Scout project, the two teamed up and came up with a unique idea.
“We developed the idea for ‘Lure Libraries,'” Wolter said. “The concept is similar to the currently popular “Little Free Libraries” found in many miniature towns. I’ve seen them for fly fishing, but not for established tackle. Ethan came up with the design and built three of them as part of his Eagle Scout project.
