An adult female suspect in a sprawling three-county poaching case in southeastern Wisconsin missed her initial appearance in Washington County District Court on December 2 after posting a $5,000 signed bond with three stipulations:
• That the defendant makes no effort to obtain a hunting permit;
• Does not participate in any hunting activities;
• No firearms or weapons are allowed where she lives.
