For as long as Patrick Schmalz can remember, fishing has been a part of his life, including growing up in southeastern Wisconsin.
But it wasn’t until college, where he was training to become a pharmacist, that he realized he could turn this fun pastime, fishing, into a career.
“I didn’t even know you could do this for the field. I just grew up doing stuff like that. I was lucky that my grandpa and dad took me fishing because I love it,” Schmalz said.
