The Milwaukee Bucks rank 12th in offensive efficiency, but Doc Rivers says the team is better than that ranking

Placement 12th in terms of attack effectiveness is a bit bad if your team has a duo with the top two points. This is what many analysts point to the Milwaukee Bucks.

Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard That’s a combined total of 56.5 points per game, the most of any duo in the league this season.

As a team, they scored 113.6 points per 100 possessions.

12th place in terms of offensive efficiency should be a cause for concern for the head coach Dr. Rivers?

The former world champion’s coach believes there is nothing to worry about. In fact, he believes that the numbers don’t tell the whole story.

“Our offense is better than (12th), I can tell you that. So if you want to go by the numbers, yes, we are (12th). It’s because we don’t take as many shots as other teams. We don’t have that many rehearsals. And we will never do it, we are just not a speedy team, so there are limits,” he said in an interview with The Athletic.

What Rivers said is consistent with what both Giannis and Dame have said previously.

They have previously expressed confidence that their squad can compete with anyone. However, they need to be more focused and more motivated to capitalize on the strength of their squad.

Dr. Rivers believes in offense, but warns against fooling around

The Bucks are on a four-game winning streak. They took care of business against the long-suffering Philadelphia 76ers and had beaten the Toronto Raptors 48 hours earlier.

While the scoreline suggested the Bucks were in their element, it was what happened before the final buzzer that would make fans re-watch the game.

These were games that had to be won. However, as Rivers noted, they can be disconnected.

Take, for example, the game against the 76ers, which Rivers said was an ugly win.

Against the Raptors, he he thought his team had messed up give Toronto a chance to get back into the game.

That’s something we’ll watch. I didn’t particularly like how we played offensively in the second half. It’s hard to say that when you; it’s even difficult to tell a player that you shot 52% and you’re not satisfied. I’m not disappointed, I just think we are better, we can play even better.
