Anthony Campanile, coach Linebackers Green Bay Packers, Anthony Campanile, interviewed Liam Coen and Jacksonville Jaguars regarding the open coordinator of the defensive team, Jaguars announced on Tuesday.
42 -year -old Campanile just finished his first season with Jeff Haffa in Green Bay.
After almost a decade at the level of the university, Campanile joined Miami Dolphins in 2020 and spent four seasons as a Linebackers coach. Hafley brought him to Packers in 2024, and Campanile helped develop Edgerrin Cooper debutant and significantly improve Packers.
Interestingly, Cooper – a valued Campanile student – was appointed defensive player of the NFC week after his performance against Jaguars in the 8th week.
Packers allowed only 13 application and 4.0 yards to wear compared to the run in 2024 during six of the last seven matches of the regular season, Packers allowed less than 100 yards.
Campanile has never been a defensive coordinator at the NFL level, although he spent one season as a coordination coordinator at Boston College. Success as a coordinator of Hafley can have Campanile ready to jump to the defense coordinator.
Ryan Nielsen was the Jaguar defense coordinator in 2024.
