Wisconsin Natural Resources Board (NRB) approved the scope statements to start the process of developing recent questions about hunting and fishing to be presented during spring interrogations in 2025.
At the meeting of the board on December 11, Scott Karel, a specialist in wildlife regulation, explained that in strange years DNR presents the proposed changes in the principles that coincide with the recent legislative session.
