Wausehara’s unit joins the growing list of poviats more affected by CWD in Wisconsin

The number of poviats with cases of wild deer CWD-positive is constantly growing in Wisconsin, and Wausehara’s unit joins the list in April with a 3-year-old buck found in the city of Wautoma in the city of February, who tested the result of the disease.
Buck was 10 miles from the boundaries with Marquette and Portage, as a result of which DNR renewed the ban on the bait and feeding in Waoushar. Marquette and Portage are currently a three -year ban on positive detecting in every unit, so the positive test of Waoushar’s counties will not affect these poviats.
