Neil F. Payne is one of the legendary wildlife biologists Wisconsin. My knowledge of Payne simply began through my e -Maile to me every spring and autumn, asking for a change of address from a summer residence to winter groups.
For years we started talking and then I discovered a colorful character that walks on this land as Neil F. Payne. I have never really met Payne, but I was content to exchange e -mailes and phone calls. I am glad that Payne wrote another book, this entitled Wildlifer: Wisconsin Origin to Climate Change.
