Washburn County Environmental Congress Chairman Joe Weiss has been attending April spring hearings and delegate elections for decades. This year’s meeting will undoubtedly be the one he will remember the most. After 30 years as a Washburn County delegate, Weiss was removed from his seat.
Weiss is also vice-chairman of the Congress.
