Wisconsin Football: 2025 ATH aims to get a solid PWO bid

After a recent football camp in Wisconsin, the 2025 athlete set himself the goal of achieving his desired preferred player position.

Chasing Young, Minnesota’s 2025 quarterback and quarterback, didn’t get the Division I attention he wanted. However, the recruit didn’t let that stop him as he continues to hone his skills in hopes of making it to a top program. While Young says he’s grateful for any type of offer, he’s interested in a specific program that has “everything I could ask for.”

While some players may be focused on earning as many offers as possible, one particular 2025 recruit is looking to land one specific offer. St. Quarterbacks and Quarterbacks Thomas Academy 2025 Chasing Young, a Minnesota native, has been intrigued by the Wisconsin football program for some time. The recruit attended multiple camps this summer and shined for the Wisconsin football team.

Young’s next goal after a great camp is to gain a preferred position on the Badgers team. Currently, scholarships for the Class of 2025 in Wisconsin are decreasing due to the recent enhance in commitments. However, there may still be a preferred offer for Young with appropriate upgrades.

Chase Young: “My biggest priority for the program is for this to be a school I would go to with or without football.”

Often during recruiting, some athletes forget what they really wanted or needed in school beyond the football program. For Young, choosing a collegiate program was about getting as fit off the field as possible.

Young stated, “My biggest priority for the program is for this to be a school I would go to with or without football.” Young focused especially on the classroom because most of the programs he had close contact with were Ivy League programs. The athlete stated, “Whether it’s Ivy’s or Madison, these schools certainly don’t hold their own against academics.”

For Young, football and Madison, Wisconsin are everything he could ask for in the football program and in college. Although Young generally focused on playing in the Division I league, he stated, “Madison is everything I’m looking for, and it would be a dream come true to play there, even if it was just a PWO offer.”

Young also stated, “Right now, Madison is definitely the place I would most like to attend and hopefully play.” The offer may not be pending yet, but Young hopes to impress the Wisconsin football staff enough to receive the preferred offer.
