On Sept. 9, DNR Supervisor Bryan Lockman accepted “The Watch,” a gold pocket watch given annually by the Noyes family to the Wisconsin DNR Game Warden of the Year.
A few months ago, Lockman received an unexpected invitation from his then-supervisor, Korey Trowbridge, to join him after hours. Lockman didn’t know what the invitation was for, because when the executive of the year is notified that he has won the Haskell Noyes Efficiency Award, his supervisor is given the honor of organizing it.
