As a former Defensive Player of the Year winner, Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo is considered an authority when it comes to defense in the NBA. That’s why it would be very intriguing to find out who the former MVP considers to be the league’s toughest defensive matchups.
Luckily, that’s exactly the question Giannis was asked in a recent interview. Unfortunately, his answer wasn’t what fans were expecting.

The first names that would come to mind for most fans would probably be LeBron James, Nikola Jokic, and Joel Embiid, to name a few. Antetokounmpo, however, had other ideas.

To be fair, you can’t blame the man for his personal opinion. It just shows how much love and respect Giannis has for his three brothers.
You can also imagine what kind of basketball games the Antetokounmpos played growing up. That Giannis would even say that says a lot about the level of sibling rivalry.
If you noticed, Giannis had a sly smile on his face as he listed his three brothers as his most compelling defensive lineups. Maybe he was just joking? On a more stern day, we could probably get a more reliable opinion of the Bucks’ talisman.
