A 10-year-old boy from Barneveld was among eight winners of this year’s elk tag lottery in Wisconsin. Although the teenage hunter only weighs about 75 pounds, he spent most of his summer training hunting the largest game game in the state until he finally shot a 10-year-old, 6-by-6 bull in Wisconsin’s northern Clam Lake elk range.
