Artic Run model railway show and sale

Fun for the whole family. Enjoy a convention center packed with (40,000 square feet) trains, trains and more trains. Features include working model railway models (some as gigantic as 24 x 52 meters), a hands-on Thomas the Tank layout for kids, trade/sale tables, dealers and hobby shop salespeople. If you’re interested in watching trains, thinking about starting a hobby, or are an experienced modeler, there’s something for everyone here. There’s no better place to spend a cool winter weekend than with affable, fun-loving modelers. The show is sponsored by Central Wisconsin Model Railroaders Ltd (a non-profit educational organization). Activities include promoting model railroading as a lifelong hobby and family activity, supporting community events and organizations, including the Portage County Historical Society. Adults $5, ages 12-17 $2, ages 11 and under free.
