Rolled and Stuffed Game
Ingredients
- 6-8 pound venison tenderloin or roast
- 8-12 slices bacon
- 4 ounce cream cheese
- 2-3 table spoon Jalapeno peppers
- 1 C cheese of your choice shredded
- 1 teaspoon Hidden Valley® Ranch Seasoning
- 2-3 a dash of soy sauce
- 2-3 a dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 spoon Ketchup
- ½ C Brown sugar
Instructions

Cut the venison loin in half like a pocket so that the open sides are closed (if it is a roast, flatten it with a rolling pin).

Season the venison with salt, pepper, etc.

Mix cream cheese, grated cheese, jalapeno peppers, Hidden Valley ranch seasoning and add to tenderloin.

Mix brown sugar, Worcestershire, soy sauce and ketchup. Rub half of the sauce on each side of the lion.

Wrap the lion in bacon, secure with a toothpick, and pour the remaining sauce over it.

Bake at 400 degrees or grill for 35-45 minutes. If the bacon is not crispy, grill for 4 minutes.
