WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAW) – The Central Wisconsin Educational Theater Alliance is inviting you to the Grand Theater to be their guest! It’s the classic Beauty and the Beast you love, with modern special features.
The show has a total of 108 cast members, and each of them has been practicing since early December. The cast ranges from ages eight to 18 from schools all over, some driving far and wide to come to rehearsal.
“We have students as far as Pittsville driving every day to rehearsals so we really provide opportunities for kids all over central Wisconsin to audition,” Artistic Director Laurie Maegli said.
Performances begin Wednesday, Feb. 21, and will run through Sunday. For tickets and more information, click here.
