Kick off the holiday season with the world-renowned, award-winning Canadian Brass band performing seasonal favorites, holiday classics and brass standards in an entertaining evening at the Bradley Symphony Center. With an international reputation as one of the most popular brass bands today, Canadian Brass has truly earned the title of “the most famous brass band in the world.” Masters of concert presentations, Canadian Brass have developed an exceptionally engaging stage presence and contact with the audience. At each of their concerts, a full range of works will be presented, from characteristic baroque and Dixieland pieces to up-to-date compositions and arrangements created especially for them – from formal classical presentations to music enriched with lively dialogues and theatrical effects. The hallmark of every Canadian Brass performance is entertainment, spontaneity, virtuosity and, above all, fun – but never at the expense of the music; regardless of style, the music comes first and is performed with the greatest commitment, skill and excellence.
