  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 8 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can you make cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cup Cheddar shredded
  • 28 ounce O’Brien potatoes
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  • In a bowl, combine melted butter, cream cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken, onion powder and salt.

  • Add 11/2 p. crumbled cheese and potatoes.

  • Spread onto a greased 13×9 baking pan.
