- 2 C boiling water
- 1/2 C carrot diced
- 2 C potatoes diced
- 1/2 C celery diced
- 1/4 C onion diced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 C butter
- 1/4 C flour
- 2 C milk
- 1 C Cheddar shredded
- 1 C cooked ham diced
