The definition of communication is “the sending and receiving of information between groups face-to-face or through communication devices.”
It’s not complicated, so my question is why does the DNR Office of Communications seem to struggle with this concept? The importance of communication between entities of government and the people they serve cannot be underestimated. If communication is not achieved, transparency and, unfortunately, credibility will suffer.
