This is in response to a comment from Mark Kakatsch on October 20, in which he said that changing the start of the regular Mississippi River Canada goose season to September 16 instead of the start of the duck season was a good move.
He says it was good to “shoot” “more” local geese. Unfortunately, Mark is a few years behind what’s happening on the Mississippi River.
