The Milwaukee Brewers have three former players on the 2025 Hall of Fame ballot. From this group, LHP CC Sabathia was elected, RHP Francisco Rodriguez garnered enough votes to be eligible for a fourth term, and OF Curtis Granderson received less than 5% of the vote and was removed from future ballots.
Looking ahead to 2026, one controversial Brewers star is among the notable Hall of Fame inductees who have qualified for the award for the first time.

Ryan Braun, former MVP, Rookie of the Year, six-time All-Star and five-time Silver Slugger, will be eligible for the Hall of Fame in 2026. In the years 2007-2012 he was one of the best hitters in the league. Middle part his career was plagued by links to PEDsbut he managed to remain productive and perform well in key situations despite dealing with injuries later in his career.

What are the requirements to become a member of the Hall of Fame?
Players are eligible for the Hall of Fame if they spent at least 10 years in the major leagues and were retired for five years. While there is no formal disqualification for PED-linked players, this significantly reduces their chances of getting elected as most voters are reluctant to include people involved in such controversies as candidates. The best example of this is Barry Bonds, the all-time home run king.
