Hailing from rural Sauk County, Wisconsin, Dan Lepien spreads pure, established country music with his unique, well-crafted songs and interactive live performances. Dan’s distinctive, gritty vocal style is reminiscent of some of country’s timeless legends, and his sound has been compared to powerhouses such as George Strait, Alan Jackson and Daryle Singletary. His unwavering approach to the genre has earned him a committed following in Wisconsin, the Midwest and beyond.
During the first 5 years of his career in country music, Lepien self-released 2 CDs (The Man For You EP and A Country Mile), had the honor of sharing the stage with some of his heroes (Clint Black, Shenandoah), recorded in Nashville with the same musicians /session producers who created many albums that shaped him as an artist, and played on stages such as HODAG, Crystal Grand Theater, WI State Fair, Summerfest, Watertown Riverfest, Porterfield Country Music Festival and more.
