Dave Carlson enters the Wisconsin Conservation Hall of Fame

Wisconsin’s natural resources have always fascinated Dave Carlson, regardless of whether he has reported stories for over 40 years on television and newspapers, or cleaning the brush and organized retirement protection programs.

That is why it is good that Carlson, 78, with Eau Claire, will enter the Wisconsin Conservation Hall of Fame
16.00 on Saturday, April 5. The EKF ceremonies will take place practically. On this day he will join Carlson in Hall of Fame, J. Baird Callicott, 83, a longtime professor of ethics and philosophy of the environment at the UW-Stevens Point (ceremony 14:00); and Robert Freckmann, 85, retired biology professor and namesake Robert W. Freckmann Herbarium at UW-Stevens Point (ceremony 18:00).
