Dean Bortz: Here’s how Wisconsin DNR fishing teams conduct lake surveys

I recently received a handwritten letter to the editor from one of our regular Two Rivers readers with a question.
His question: “Why on earth would anyone care about the 2017 lakes report? “I, and I’m sure other fishermen, would also like to see a newer study.”
Our dear reader (and I say this very warmly – I like this guy, and I watched Bridgerton on Netflix; just don’t start calling me Lady Whistledown) refers to our May 31 report on Big Arbor Vitae Lake in Vilas County.
