The Wisconsin Natural Resources Board (NRB) at its April 10 meeting approved a scoping statement that will allow the DNR to begin developing regulations that will allow anglers to catch walleye in the Minocqua Chain of Lakes this summer, now that the Lac du Flambeau Tribe has stated, that he intends to break the chain this spring.
