For the Lake Erie Men’s Front Runner Vest, ice-free winters can be a problem

On October 17, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) Climate Prediction Center predicted that a faint La Nina that has developed in the North Pacific could cause above-average rainfall and cooler temperatures in Washington and Oregon, where its impact is closest.
