Former Milwaukee Bucks coach calls on Joe Biden to drop out of 2024 presidential race

This Milwaukee Bucks have had a major impact on their community in recent years, especially when it comes to encouraging people to vote in local, state and federal elections. Fiserv Forum has been registered as a polling place to escalate voter turnout.

Although the Bucks, as a private entertainment organization, have not made any political endorsements, they do have a history in national politics. After all, they were owned by Democratic Senator Herb Kohl for decades.

Of course, the NBA championship-winning Bucks visited the White House and met with President Joe Biden after winning the title in 2021. At the time, President Biden said of the delayed Senator Kohl, “He was one of the best people I’ve ever worked with.”

With 2024 being an election year, tensions are running high among Americans and the differences between Democrats and Republicans are being widely discussed.

Los Angeles Clippers star Kawhi Leonard has withdrawn from the 2024 Paris Olympics.

2024 is also an Olympic year. Giannis Antetokounmpo, of course, is representing Greece and helped lead the national team to its first Olympics since 2008. Former Bucks guard Jrue Holiday is back on Team USA. He and Khris Middleton were on the gold-medal-winning U.S. team at the Tokyo Olympics.

Los Angeles Clippers star Kawhi Leonard was one of 12 NBA stars named to this year’s U.S. team. However, it was announced today that he will be withdrawing from the Olympics due to knee concerns. The Americans will replace him with Boston Celtics point guard Derrick White.

Former Milwaukee Bucks coach George Karl calls Kawhi Leonard decision a political decision

While it’s gloomy that Leonard won’t be able to compete, former Bucks coach George Karl couldn’t aid but make the news political:

Karl is echoing the call that many on both sides of the political spectrum have about their concerns about President Biden’s mental health. He performed poorly in a debate with former President Donald Trump, and many have called on him to drop out of the race for a second term.

The president has not yet decided to resign from his position.

In a comment under the original post: Karl wrote“If you’re confused, it doesn’t mean I like Maga Man.”
