Brian Gutekunst has selected four Georgia Bulldogs since 2021, with all four picks coming on the defensive side of the ball. The Bulldogs once again have plenty of talent on defense, which could cause the Georgia-Green Bay pipeline to grind to a halt. They also have several offensive linemen who could be targets for the Packers as they look for depth on offense.
Georgia’s top prospects include safety Malaki Starks, forward Mykel Williams and hybrid defensive star Jalon Walker. All three players appear to be off the board by the time Green Bay gets on the clock. Let’s take a look at the rest of the Bulldogs who could be on Green Bay’s radar in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Daylen Everette, CB
Everette is featherlight on his feet and stays locked into the hip of the wide body. Shows good route awareness and uses his length to tighten windows. He shows a willingness to support the run, although he will need to improve his technique (13 missed tackles this season).
Jared Wilson,C
The Bulldogs’ starting center anchors well in pass sets and has patient, forceful hands. In his first season as a full-time starter, Wilson gave up zero sacks and five pressures.
Nazir Stackhouse, DT
Stackhouse is a brick house. Georgia’s defensive attack can be challenging to root out and eats up the Bulldogs’ double teams. While Stackhouse offers little to nothing as an inside pass rusher, he controls his upside and can jump in immediately and aid an NFL team on defense.
Warren Brinson, DT
Brinson is another solid defender. He is forceful on offense, and over the last five games, Brinson has recorded 13 stops and 4.5 tackles for loss. Has the power to reset the line of scrimmage and maintains balance through contact.
Xavier Truss, OL
During his stay in Athens, Georgia’s starting right-back started matches at left-back and in both defense positions. Truss is leading the way as a run blocker and has good range. Versatile offensive linemen could be a Day 3 target for the Packers as they look for depth on the offensive line.
Smael Mondon Jr, LB
Mondon has excellent change of direction skills, allowing him to achieve excellent coverage. He is a forceful player who can play from sideline to sideline. He is a reliable open field tackler with eight missed tackles over the last two seasons. During his tenure at Georgia, Mondon logged 416 special teams snaps.
