The crew of Greg Garda fought extremely strongly and showed amazing sand and community, but eventually appeared in the shooting game in Denver. Loss 91-89 ends with a year for badgers, but the emotions of the season were not lost in the throat, despite the unhappy failure.
Wisconsin Badgers falls on Byu Cougars in the thrilling March romance
The Wisconsin Borsgers season has passed after Saturday losing to the 6-nasty byu Cougars. Entering March Madness as the 3rd in the eastern region of the competition, Wisconsin defeated Montana in the opening round, but fell to the 32 round, not going through the tournament opening weekend. Badgeries have not reached Sweet 16 since 2017.

Saturday’s match was above all an offensive romance. Wisconsin and were connected with 180 points, 24 made three points and 38 free throws.
Richie Saunders from Byu led with 25 points, including 3 triple ones. Soon the NBA selection Egor Demin had 11 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists, while the guard shooting Trevin Knell went 4-6 from deep and had 14 points.
In the case of Wisconsin, the leading man John Tonje had a game in his life with electric 37 points on the largest stage. Fans at Denver in Colorado testify to the offensive master class from the 6 feet-5 senior, which made 10 of his 18 shots, went 14-16 from the free kick lines and played after the game to keep bad badgers in the game.

Sophomore John Blackwell also had a fantastic night with 21 points. Max Klesmit and Steven Crowl also ended a double number, but badgers could not keep up with a robust crime.
Greg Gard is thinking about the season 2024-25, calling it the most amusing he had in his career
Greg Greg Gard was understandable, gloomy in an interview after the game, praising the players for their fight and determination to return to the game. After a double deficit in the first half, the gap that remained for most of the second half, Wisconsin returned to make it one game in one option before he lost.
Gard also thought about the season as a wholewhich he described as “maybe the most funny, pleasant year in which I had coaching.”
“We were very doubts early, we should not even be in this tournament; perhaps in the 12th place in the big ten. And this group has just bought and involved in each other, and they are great fun to be near every day and so much fun to train, and the joy they had fun with and how they joined was really special.”
Gard has been responsible for Wisconsin since 2015, when he took over because Ryana. The throat commanded several great teams and led Sweet 16 performances in 2016 and 2017. The second weekend of the tournament has not passed since then.

In brief, about the loss of X and O, Gard laughed the tardy start of their team in defense. Offensive Wisconsin fit into 12 triple ones, but he shot a worse percentage (34% vs. 46%). Badgeries were overtaken at 9 and had only 3 points of the bench compared to 24.
The badger season once again ended with a broken heart and although the loss is certainly arising, this team will be remembered for the way they gathered to exceed their expectations and create a culture that every coach can be proud.
