In March, the fur collectors’ auction was mainly characterized by higher prices

Fur Harvesters Auction (FHA), the only international auction site for most North American wild furs, held its first auction of the year on March 20-22 in North Bay, Ontario.
Most items increased significantly compared to last year’s results, although for the most part the offering was relatively petite. One example was the donation of 35,000 raccoons. Ten years ago, between the now defunct NAFA and FHA, the amount was over $2 million.
