Wisconsin Borsgers surprising season 2024-25 ended with a disappointing weekend loss of In round 32 in the NCAA tournament. But although fans can be nervous with another early way, it is hard to realistically call a failure this season.
Entering to a year, Greg Garda badgers were to take the 12th place in the large ten. But instead of finishing so low, Wisconsin went 13-4 in a conference game (generally 27-10) and took fourth place in the classification. In addition, they appeared in the final of the Wielka Ten Tournament.
Instead of disappointing, you can say that they actually surpassed.
Wisconsin Borsgers was led by John Tonje throughout the season

It was clear throughout the season that the best player on the Wisconsin list was John Tonjewhose throat he recruited from the transfer portal in the period out of season. Before last year, Tonje played four seasons in State Colorado and a year in Missouri.
But he has never seen the level of success in those schools he experienced in Wisconsin.
This year, Tonje won the second ALL-American Honors team, on average 19.6 points, 5.3 rebounds and 1.8 assists per match. He also shot 47/39/91 from the floor.
It was clear that Tonje intended special for badgers, but his performance against Arizon in the fourth match of the season meant that everyone excited what was to come. In this game he poured 41 points when filming 8-14 from the field (he had 4-6 from three). In this game he also made 21 out of 22 attempts at free kicks.
Indeed, the Wisconsin season 2024-25 was decorated with amazing Tonje performances. Even in the final defeat with Byu he placed the school record for points scored in the NCAA tournament match with 37.
Wisconsin Badgers fans react to the emotional farewell to John Tonje

After completing the sixth of the university basketball season, Tonje has no eligibility. Not only will he not return to Wisconsin, but he will not play anywhere, unless he is appointed or signed by the NBA team (or other professional league).
On Monday, he published the following message to Badgers fans:
Thank you Wisconsin❤️ All I praise God for this changing life experience !! pic.twitter.com/1pclfwg038
