Land exchange provides greater public access for Wisconsin outside users

The Wisconsin Natural Resources Board (NRB) has approved a land exchange that will make an additional 127 acres of land available to the general public.
Exchanging 272 acres of state-owned land where hunting was restricted because of its proximity to the city for 399 acres on seven properties in three counties that offer additional recreational opportunities seemed like a win-win for hunters, trappers and anglers.
