Mark Noll wins Wisconsin Outdoor News’ 2023 Conservationist of the Year

Noll has served in many roles, but is well known for his work on the Executive Council of the Conservation Congress and the Big Game Research Commission dating back to Deer 2000 and beyond. He often traveled 7,000 km a year in vehicles traveling across the state to meetings and conventions.
Despite all the work he has done over the years on behalf of Wisconsin’s natural resources, there are athletes who not only disagree with Noll, but actually dislike him.
