Four of Jacob Misiorowski’s last five starts have been dominant.
Including two more 10-strikeout outings, Jacob Misiorowski has two other dominant outings over the past five games. On June 19 and 25, he threw shutouts in 6.0 innings and 5.2 innings. He allowed four hits in that span, walked only two and threw 13 strikeouts.
Jacob Misiorowski should be one of the Milwaukee Brewers’ untouchable prospects.
The Brewers don’t usually publicly announce that prospects are untouchable (they won’t trade) because they’re always willing to at least listen, but trading Jacob Misiorowski would take a huge effort. With the MLB trade deadline just a few weeks away, Misiorowski should remain in their organization. The bigger question will be whether or not they promote him to the gigantic leagues this year.
