It’s strenuous to predict where high school prospects will end up in the MLB draft, but fortunately, Cooper Pratt, who was drafted so high in the first round, lost to Milwaukee in the sixth round. They managed to lure him away from his studies by offering him money instead of slot value. In his first year as a professional baseball player, the 19-year-old is prospering in Single-A and currently has a slash line of .312/.411/.407.
