American Family Field, home of the Milwaukee Brewers, will be surrendered $8.45 million in improvements and maintenance for the upcoming 2025 season. The projects were approved by the Wisconsin Professional Baseball Park District Board of Directors on October 15, 2024. Here we take a look at what is included in the $8.45 million budget.

Very. Of the $8.45 million budget, the most pricey project will cost $1.80 million and will involve replacing an 800-ton water-cooled refrigeration unit. Maintenance of the retractable roof is also pricey, with estimates of close to $1.335 million. Other significant maintenance projects include repainting the concourse at terrace level.
What improvements will be coming to American Family Field in 2025?
Things fans will notice next year include the replacement of seats on the cottage level. $1.45 million was allocated to upgrade these seats. The next major upgrade will be to the parking lot, as it will replace the eastern portion of the Uecker parking lot.
