The Milwaukee Bucks they occupy an compelling position as one of the smallest markets in the NBA. While the city of Milwaukee itself is underrated and unrecognized by national and international media, their star, Giannis Antetokounmpo, is one of the most recognizable athletes in the entire world, much less in the NBA.
Giannis, of course, is not the only basketball player in his family. His three brothers, Thanasis, Kostas and Alex, all play some form of professional basketball. Thanasis, of course, has been on the Bucks roster since 2019. Kostas Antetokounmpo plays for Panathinaikos, which plays in the Greek Basketball League and Euro League. Alex Antetokounmpo plays for Mažeikiai in the Lithuanian Basketball League.
While Giannis and Thanasis were previously sent home from the NBA Playoffs at the hands of the Indiana Pacers, Kostas’ Panathinaikos team made it all the way to the Europa League Final Four.

This morning there was a lot of buzz on social media after posting photos showing his participation in the Final Four of the Europa League. He was seen sitting next to six-time NBA champion and Basketball Hall of Famer Scottie Pippen:

Although Pippen has no interest in either of the other teams, Giannis was there to support his brother Kostas. As mentioned, Panathinaikos is one of the last four teams left in the tournament.
At the time of writing, Panathinaikos leads Fenerbahçe by two points at the break. Former Wisconsin Badgers star Nigel Hayes-Davis plays for Fenerbahçe.
Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo is unthreatening from violent outburst during Europa League Final Four
According to a report by Aris Barkas from European hoopsBefore the start of the match, there was a violent clash between the police and Fenerbahçe fans. According to the report: :
“Several Turkish fans forcibly entered the Uber Arena without tickets before the semi-final match Fenerbahce Beko against Panathinaikos Actor.
“Police who arrived at the scene closed the doors and made arrests, including some Panathinaikos Fans.
“The Turkish fans were dressed in black and managed to get into the arena, where they were detained by police on the second floor.”
Barkas notes that the situation was quickly brought under control and after the arrests, the stadium allowed fans into the stadium.
